The course introduces you to the concepts of differentiated instruction, differentiating planning, differentiated assessment and differentiated learning experiences. The course also includes grouping, differentiation, and enrichment of gifted children.


The course introduces you to the concepts of physical development, cognitive development, emotional and social development and physical and cognitive development. The course also presents tools for learning in real time and online learning activities.


The purpose of this course is to enable you to think critically about contemporary education issues, so they can develop creative solutions to difficult problems. This will be accomplished by gaining an understanding of the history of these issues and problems.


This course explores the underlying principles and philosophical foundations of teaching and education and examines how teachers function on the basis of a set of assumptions and beliefs regarding what they teach, how they teach, and to what end they teach.


This course prepares educators to use, evaluate, and integrate a variety of computer-based programs into the classroom. The course also covers use of graphic tools in education, how technology is used to provide education to special children and issues and challenges of technology in education.

This lesson also describes behaviorist and social cognitive views of learning, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and informal and formal assessments.

This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of the concepts, practices, and issues relating to educational administration. It presents a survey of basic principles of administration, the conceptual and structural organization of public education, and the educational governance at the federal, state and local levels.


This course introduces you to the finance practices in schools. The topics of this course include Legal Aspects of Educational Finance, Taxation for Public Schools, Structure of State Systems of School Finance, The Politics of School Finance, and the Federal Role In Financing Education.


This course introduces connection between leadership and ethics. The course compares and contrasts one's own code of ethics with that of a professional code of ethics, explores approaches to moral and ethical reasoning and uses these approaches to work through ethical dilemmas related to the practice of educational administration.


This course examines theories and models of educational policy, policy-making and the contribution of policy analysis to the policy-making and change processes. The course contains an introduction to philosophical, ethical, moral, and legal bases of educational administration, policy decision making, and formulation.


This course explores the legal aspects of education. It emphasizes on a variety of school law issues faced by school administrators today and expands on the legal implications of recognizing diversity in a multi-cultural society.
